This lean and flavourful cut should be cooked slowly at low temperatures, to allow to meat to release it's full flavour potential and to achieve maximum tenderness. Product weights are approximate, and can vary slightly. Roasts typically weigh about 5 lbs each. Products are sold frozen. Winners beef is raised on our family farm located in the heart of the Fraser Valley without the use of hormones and fed locally grown forages.
