Avafina Organic Red Quinoa can also be added to soups, stews, baked goods, cereals, casseroles, salads and even desserts! A great alternative to rice or pasta! Put Avafina Organic Red Quinoa into a pan. Use 2 cups of water for every cup of quinoa. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed. Fluff quinoa with a fork and serve.
