Quick & Easy Gluten-Free Brownies

Ingredients:

 

1 cup of organic banana flour (Avafina Organics Mother Nature’s Organic Banana Flour) 

¾ cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)

¾ cup of organic virgin coconut oil (Avafina Organics Mother Nature’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil) 

2 organic eggs (The EggStore Organic Eggs) 

¾ cup clover honey (BC Buzz Honey Clover Honey) 

 

Directions:

 

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

 

Step 2

Combine and mix the honey and coconut oil in a large bowl.

 

Step 3

In a different bowl, combine and mix the organic banana flour and cocoa powder.

 

Step 4

Add the organic banana flour and cocoa powder to the honey and coconut oil. Mix and stir well.

 

Step 5

Add one egg at a time and beat well.

 

Step 6

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with coconut oil and pour the batter. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until you can insert and remove a toothpick from the center with a few moist crumbs.

 

Step 7

Let cool, cut, and serve!
