From the Schilcho Washing Station in the Dara region (boarding Yirgacheffe), this coffee is from a cooperative of 3 farmers, each with farms of only a few hectares, cross planted with bananas and avocados. These small hold farmers utilize ethical and sustainable farming practices.

All coffees are freshly roasted in small batches in Abbotsford, BC., and packaged in 100% Omnidegradable bags produced by Tekpak in Ontario, Canada.
